Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Quantum Funded Capital evaluation platform and related services (the “Services”). By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
Quantum Funded Capital (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides access to a proprietary trading evaluation platform. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Services
The Services are provided for educational, evaluative, and entertainment purposes only. No real trading capital is provided or managed.
3. Eligibility & Account Use
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old.
3.2 One Account per Individual. Only one account per individual is permitted.
3.3 Non-Transferability. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Fees & Payments
4.1 Upfront Fees. All fees are due upfront and are non-refundable.
4.2 Chargebacks. Chargebacks are prohibited.
5. Challenge Rules & Compliance
5.1 Compliance. Challenge parameters must be followed at all times.
5.2 Monitoring. Activity is monitored and violations may result in termination.
6. Funded Accounts
6.1 No Guarantee. Completion of any challenge does not guarantee continued access or funding.
6.2 Revocation. Access may be revoked at any time.
7. Bulk Payout Policy
7.1 Bulk Processing. Any references to payouts or withdrawals are processed on a bulk basis.
7.2 No Fixed Timing or Entitlement. No fixed timing or entitlement is guaranteed. Participation does not create payment rights or creditor status.
7.3 Final Authority. Final authority rests solely with the Company.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content and materials are owned by the Company.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” Liability is limited to fees paid in the last six months.
10. Termination
Access may be terminated at any time without refund or compensation.
11. Legal & Compliance
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
